How We Got Here

In early childhood, I developed a strong passion for story-telling, writing, and voice recording on an old cassette tape recorder which later on led to a strong desire to further explore different ways of personal and creative expression. At the age of fourteen, I began experimenting with photography and as a result, I enrolled at an Art High School in Prague. 

Formed by traditional art education in Prague while influenced by Contemporary Media and Sound Arts studies in England, I combine different approaches and techniques in order to achieve complexity, depth, and a feeling of closeness in each piece of my artwork.

Fascinated by ambient music, language, and interactive media, my work explores the power of intimacy, interconnectivity, and the human psyche. I create experiences where the viewer is invited to sink into the flow of playfulness and curiosity. Fascination, surprise, stimulation. Those few seconds of the eureka effect seem to be beyond valuable and essential in my artwork.

While exploring the scope of ambience and emotional response, my work strongly reflects my values and upbringing as well as my perception of the outside & the inner world.
